Fontan-Elle is a barrel selection: a blend of 1-2 year old, lively, fruity lambics, to which the older beers normally associated with the style were not added before bottling. It fermented naturally, spontaneously, and was bottled unfiltered.

Lambiek Fabriek was founded in 2016 by Jo Panneels and Jozef Van Bosstraeten in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium. The brewery’s philosophy combines respect for tradition with a distinctly modern spirit. Their lambic and gueuze beers are brewed using traditional methods and ingredients, while their visual identity takes a more unconventional approach.
Instead of the classic striped labels traditionally associated with lambic, Lambiek Fabriek bottles feature a distinctive round label bearing a ram’s skull. Their branding is equally recognizable in the names of their beers, all of which end in “-Elle,” making the brewery’s bottles instantly identifiable.
