Withdrawal from the contract

If you bought from us as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below and click “Confirm withdrawal”. We will confirm your withdrawal by email without delay, including the date and time we received it.

1. After you send the form, you will get a confirmation email from us.
2. Please send the products back to us no later than 14 days after the date you sent your withdrawal notice. You pay the direct cost of returning them.
3. Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund everything you paid, using the payment method you used for the transaction. We may hold the refund until we have received the products back, or until you show proof that you sent them.
4. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by filling in the withdrawal template (PDF) and sending it to Gravity Spirits Kft. by post to 1093 Budapest, Lónyay utca 22, ground floor 2, Hungary, or by email to webshop@gravity.shop.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, for example, products made to your specifications, or goods that spoil or expire quickly. If you are not sure, just write to us at webshop@gravity.shop.
