The Taproom Blend is a single-origin-style coffee blend roasted exclusively for Gravity by Bagira Roastery. It combines two different roasts of Brazilian coffee for a creamy, nutty, and chocolatey espresso profile, alongside a dark roast Guatemala with spicy, baked apple, and nutty flavor notes. It’s the coffee we serve in the Taproom and the same blend we use to brew Singularity, our flagship coffee stout.
