Flavor Profile
Mus’iek 2024 is a blend of traditional cherry lambic and spontaneously fermented, natural Muscat Bleu grapes - the latter produced by Wijndomein Hoenshof winery located between Liège and Leuven. The name Mus’iek refers to both ingredients, as it is the result of playfully merging Muscat Bleu and Kriek. It is an elegant and deeply fruity wine, imbued with vinous spice and complex, refreshing, fruity flavors.

PRODUCER INFORMATION
Producer: Boerenerf
Boerenerf is not a traditional large-scale brewery, but rather a blenderij (blending blender/house). They source the finest local lambic bases, which they age in their own wooden barrels, shape through oak-barrel blending, and refine with freshly picked local fruits or herbs. Instead of artificial flavorings, they use real fruit—such as sour cherries, raspberries, apricots, and grapes much of which comes from their own orchards or nearby biodynamic farms. Blurrying the line between premium craft beer and natural wine, their beers represent the newest and most exciting chapter in Belgian geuze production with their complex, tart, deep flavor profiles and elegant presentation.
