Mayer Anti's cellar is located atop the Sánc hill, not far from the Danube, on a loess plateau. There is a wonderful view of the river from here, which is an ideal environment not only for those who want to enjoy the scenery, but also for winegrowers, since it is one of the outstanding wine growing areas of the Tolna wine region. The color of the Kékfrankos harvested here is a dark ruby red, with both aroma and palate bearing notes of black cherry, black currant and blueberry, alongside dark chocolate-cognac cherry undertones. After resting in oak for 18 months, the Kékfrankos is gently transferred without filtering or clarification into bottle, where it matures for a further six months.
