Kabar is one of the youngest and rarest grape varietals of the Tokaj wine region, officially recognized there since 2006. Previously known as Tarcal 10, It was created by cross-breeding Hárslevelű and Bouvier. It is most commonly used in blends for both dry and sweet wines, so this single-varietal release is a true rarity.

The 2022 vintage shows floral, spicy, and white-fleshed fruit notes, along with hints of citrus, both on the nose and on the palate. It is an elegant, firm, and full-bodied wine, complemented by the characteristic freshness of the Tokaj region and an intense volcanic minerality.
