A new addition to the Gravity portfolio, this pálinka is crafted from richly flavored Carpathian Sour Cherries, delivering vibrant fruit intensity with striking purity. Bursting with deep Morello cherry notes and a hint of sweet almond on both the nose and palate, it captures the essence of the fruit at peak ripeness. With over 6 kg of fruit concentrated into every bottle, the palate reveals exceptional depth, while the finish offers a playful, chocolate-like note that makes it as remarkable for complex cocktails as it is for neat sipping.

The result is a vivid sipping experience that celebrates the bright, untamed character of this heritage sour cherry. Bottled in December 2025 at 42.7% ABV, this is a strictly limited release of just 383 numbered bottles in total.
