Crafted exclusively from late-harvest Tokaji Sárgamuskotály (Yellow Muscat) grapes—a variety renowned for its expressive aromatics—this release captures the variety at its absolute peak. By leaving the fruit on the vine well beyond the usual harvest window, the autumn sun concentrates the natural sugars and essential oils within each berry. In the glass, this translates into the pure essence of the grape: bursting with honeyed richness, vibrant floral aromas, and the unmistakable mineral terroir of the Tokaj region.

While fruit pálinkas are traditionally bottled unaged to preserve crisp, raw fruit freshness, we chose to age this spirit for two full years in a Tokaji white wine cask, transforming its dynamic entirely. Seasoned by the complexity of the fine wine it once held, the oak slowly coaxes out new, intricate layers. Over those twenty-four months, the barrel imparted a gorgeous golden hue while harmonizing the profile—weaving soft vanilla, rich dried fruit notes, and a gentle, lingering warmth that balances the grape’s natural freshness with effortless grace.
