Citrusy, refreshing, sour lambic, aged with Belgian Solaris grapes. Made with approx. 300g of grapes per liter. Solaris is an early ripening variety with strong acidity, and typical flavors include citrus, gooseberry and elderflower, which are beautifully recognizable in this fruity lambic.

Lambiek Fabriek was founded in 2016 by Jo Panneels and Jozef Van Bosstraeten in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium. The brewery’s philosophy combines respect for tradition with a distinctly modern spirit. Their lambic and gueuze beers are brewed using traditional methods and ingredients, while their visual identity takes a more unconventional approach.
Instead of the classic striped labels traditionally associated with lambic, Lambiek Fabriek bottles feature a distinctive round label bearing a ram’s skull. Their branding is equally recognizable in the names of their beers, all of which end in “-Elle,” making the brewery’s bottles instantly identifiable.
