Ennek a bornak az elkészítéséhez kizárólag a Tagyon-hegyen termett, 1 kg tőketerheléssel termesztett olaszrizlinget haszáltak fel, mely spontán erjedt, majd 7 hónapot pihent finomseprőn, acél tartályban. A végeredmény egy testes, komoly bor lett, amely megmutatja, mekkora potenciál van az egyik legelterjedtebb magyar szőlőfajtában.

The small, family-run Tánczos Pince currently cultivates 4.4 hectares in the Balatonfüred–Csopak wine region. Their vineyards are located in the Nivegy Valley, between Zánka and Nagyvázsony, an area known for its favorable conditions for grape growing.
Producing healthy, high-quality grapes without the use of synthetic chemicals is one of the family’s main priorities. This low-intervention philosophy continues in the cellar, where their wines ferment spontaneously using the grapes’ indigenous yeasts.
While remaining close to nature, the family is also open to modern winemaking technology, carefully selecting techniques that complement their philosophy rather than working against it. They continually refine their approach from vintage to vintage, with the aim of expressing the character of their vineyards as naturally as possible.
