Izgalmas házasítás a Dél-Szlovákiai Borvidéken gazdálkodó Geönczeöl Attilától, zöld velteliniből és rajnai rizlingből. A veltelini már jó ideje része a borászat által termelt szőlőknek, a rajnai rizling azonban egy újabb telepítés eredménye. A tétel élesztőhártya alatt érett, fahordóban, így ízeiben és illatában is különleges, oxidatív sherry-re emlékeztető aromatikával rendelkezik.

Attila Geönczeöl has been making wine since the 1990s, bottling his first wine in 1997. The winery was originally established in Leléd, Slovakia, before moving to Garamkövesd in 2006, where Attila and his family now tend their 2.5-hectare estate.
The family works primarily with their own organically grown grapes, occasionally supplementing them with fruit sourced from neighboring vineyards. A close connection to nature lies at the heart of their winemaking philosophy: all Geönczeöl wines ferment spontaneously, without the addition of commercial yeast. They are then given plenty of time to develop, spending extended periods in barrel and bottle, with some wines also resting on their lees for longer periods before release.
The result is a range of wines shaped by patience, minimal intervention, and a strong sense of place.
