Közepesen testes syrah a szekszárdi Garai Pincétől. A szüretet és az erjedést követően 14 hónapot töltött 500 literes hordókban. Érett gyümölcsös jegyeit remekül egészíti ki a szőlőfajta és a hordós érlelés fűszeressége. Ízében és illatában egyaránt megjelenik a feketeribizli, a feketecseresznye és a szeder, amit a syrah jellegzetes feketeborsos karaktere tesz még izgalmasabbá. The Garai family winery began its journey near Pécs, on the historic cellar row of Mecseknádasd. In the early years, the family did not own vineyards and instead made their wines from grapes sourced from the Szekszárd wine region. This changed in 2013, when they established their own family estate on 1.5 hectares in Szekszárd, a region particularly close to their hearts, on Nyéki Hill near Alsónyék. Since then, they have continued to develop and improve the estate, with the long-term goal of expanding it to five hectares.
At the heart of the Garai family’s winemaking philosophy is the idea of following wine’s journey from vine to table. Drawing on family traditions, they approach every bottle with care and dedication, with their wines receiving recognition at several competitions over the years.
The youngest generation is also actively involved: Ákos plays an important role in the winemaking process, helping to shape the family’s full-bodied yet approachable wines. His involvement underlines what lies at the heart of Garai Pince—a genuine, multigenerational family winery.
